The goal of the association is to preserve the integrity and promote the improvement of The Avenues neighborhood.
By working together to make the neighborhood the best it can be; to provide a forum for the discussion of neighborhood issues of concern to the residents of the Neighborhood and form strategies in which to solve problems; to provide a connecting link between the Neighborhood and the elected and appointed units of local government, and to advise these governmental units on issues of Neighborhood concern.
